Introduction:

Carey Associates was established in 1984 in Ashbourne, Co. Meath as Architects and Project Managers.

In 2008 Carey Associates established an Energy Audit Department.

As Architects & Building Energy Assessors we are highly qualified to give advice in this area.

 

Services provided by Carey Associates.

  • * BER (Building Energy Rating).
  • * Consultations. (Advice).
  • * Energy Audit, (Site visit and survey).
  • * Grant works Scheme, (includes: grant application advice, tendering prices of builders,                                                        site supervision & BER certificate).

Prices: (includes VAT and SEI Contribution)

  • * BER € 246 for any dwelling up to 4 bedrooms.
  • * Consultions € 123 for 30 minutes.
  • * Energy Audit € 299 , (includes examaples of cost effective energy saving measures & BER).
  • * Grant works Scheme € 600 Supervision of works.

It should be noted that there is a grant available of €50 for a BER Certificate (terms) that could be put towards some of the above prices.
